after eating..... is there a quick way to detox ???? im downing tums, rolaids, biton, alkasetzer, any suggestions ???? im going back to new revamped diet Sunday after a 45 min cardio session...
1 large pizza
1 gallon of ice cream
1 double cheese burger
3 jars of PB
8 breakfast tacos
all the little debbie cakes and cookies u can think of
1 gallon of 2% milk
1 subway footlong
1 snickers bar

Your body wont produce excess ketone from not eating carbs for one day. Just go back to your normal diet bro, keto diets are for fat people.

The only way to get back on track after all that is to be CONSISTENT with your sound dietary plan. Don't go to extreme measures to try to make up for these two days, that's almost as bad as the two days in and of themselves.
