Okay, if I don't get enough (good) fat in my diet, my test levels drop, so how much good fat do I need to take in and still be adle to drop some weight and keep my test levels from droping? :evil2:

50% sat fat
25%oilve oil
25%flax oil

I only use about 15% sat. fat on workout days and 20 or so on non. I do notice the few times that I increased my sat. fat that I felt bigger the next day and I wake up wanting to find a hooker and hit it, go figure.
