1 lb in 8 days, are youa sking if you should eat more? If so I'd say stay right where you are. I fyou gained 1 lb in 8 days with no visable gain in fat. I;d say that you are doing a hell of a job.

Also, I believe the last time you posted your diet you said you were on a few "supplements" so it could be the result of glycogen supercompensation, and some water. Keep at the diet a little while longer and up the cals if the weight stops going up.

Weight flucuations are normal, and if your weight isn't in the form of BF, then you are all set. Stay right where you are until you aren't gaining anymore then re-adjust.

have you measured out your macros and such? i mean, include your workouts and cardio, as well as bmr and daily activity level, then hit at least 500kcal above that for weight gain...i haven't bulked natural in quite some time, but i would think that you should be packing on more than 1 lb. in a week bro...

500 cals above for 7 days would be about 1lb LBM.

yeah, theoretically...but he also mentioned that he's jumpin' up and down, and his bodyfat hasn't changed any (according to the Tanita)...i guess that would just drive me ****in' insane...maybe cut back on the cardio a bit, or jack up the kcal some more...JMO

I also just read that it's dumb to eat pre-training as the body won't use it for fuel anyways. It's better to take that meal and eat it post training on top of all your other meals as this is when the body needs it most. Thought?
But this would mean I wouldnt eat from 12:30 until 6:30. Rough? What do you guys do?
