    Looking to burn fat and put muscle mass on

    is there any diet that i cant lose fat and still pack on muscle mass at the same time?

    I would focus on one or the other bro.

    You can check out the stickies at the top of the forum and use them as a template and guide.

    it is definitely possible to do both, but you cant expect to gain a ton of muscle...if you put on 3-5 lbs of LBM while dieting that is pretty good. I would focus on muscle preservation if you need to cut.

    In all seriousness, do some reading in the threads on the top of the diet forum page. This will get you started, when you have a question, search the forum for answers first - then post the question if you can't answer them yourself.

    well..can anyone give me any examples of foods to eat with low fat and minimal carbs and of course high protein. pasta is ok or no?
