    Mass bulking diet...?... Results...

Hello , im weighting 187 lbs and i want to add 66 lbs in 2 months .

Is it possible ? i know it will be hard but last year i think i added around 55 lbs ( 2 months on , 2 months recovery , 2 months on , you know what i mean... ) be sure i was fat but i have kept some gain ( 11 lbs of lean muscle )

Can someone help me , and give me a sample of diet rich in protein to be huge in a short time ? ( or just some links )
i will also take creatine ...

    Thanks a lot...

    it's me.

i have ever tried , but i don't see me growing , and it's bringing a lost of motivation ...
by adding weight , im becoming stronger and able to work harder...

thanks anyway , i hope someone else will have some others opinions ... wich will optimize a weight and muscle gain.

yes , i'm serious , i was weighting ( last winter) 106 kg , 233lbs , i could just workout and i was looking fat but it was only the glycogen i stocked .

you can see me there after a light losing weight diet....

i'm goin to start in about 2 weeks , ill try to show you my slow metamorphose...

the fact is that i need to have another point of view , others ideas about menues of that kind of cycle...

there is my starting menu :

meal 1 : 4 eggs with cheese , milk and oats (and multivitamines pills)

    meal 2 : 40gr ( 1.4 oz ? ) of protein powder , cookies , milk

meal 3 : 7 oz of meat , 10 oz of or paste or rice or potatoes with sauce

    training ( candybar)

    meal 4 : 40 gr whey , chips , beers , sausage

meal 5 : " quiche lorraine" or pizza or hot ham and cheese sandwichs

meal 6 (before go to bed) : 40 gr of protein powder , "eggs cream" or "rice milk cream"

    meal 7 ( 4:00 am) : renutryl 500 with cookies

and if i can i will surely add some more cheese and meat...

that is the kind of diet im looking for....so others suggestions ???

Agreed........a diet with candy bars, beer, chips, etc. will do nothing but make you a fat ass.

true true...... pizza and those other stuff will only be processed as fat...... that you later have to bust your ass to diet!!!!!...... better to do a lean bulk and then its more easy to loose that little fat.... IMO

Nooo , i don't want to make 55lbs of muscle
but add 66lbs of weight ( i hope muscle , and a lot of glycogen wich make look fat but wich is not fat because the time will be too short to convert it in real slime fat)

anyway i m quiet satisfied of the last time i do this so i'll retry...and you will believe me... i'm maybe a lucky guy who can make "fat" and loose it easily hehehe

    i want to be huge , i must have a huge appetite ! don't you agree ?

or briefly i need a mass diet for a 230 lbs bodybuildered...

and sure i will read the stickies i have already read one...

first off, your not lee priest. second, he doesn't eat like that anymore. I read an article and he admits that it is better to stay in shape year round and he looks better because of it come show time.

Brotha, you need an arsenal of drugs to be like Lee Preist. You have a few incorrect ideas about nutrition. If you fill glycogen stores, which will add a few lbs, once you are topped off the excess carbs will be converted to fat. If you want to become a lard ass you could go ahead and try to gain that much weight. But you are gonna screw yourself pretty bad. 66lbs in 2 months I think is close to impossible even if you are trying to gain fat ass well.

That diet is horrible, they don't have chicken where you live?? It took 6 months for me to put on 26 pounds, alot of Test, Anadrol and EQ...and 4000 calories aday, quality foods, alot of chicken, four breasts a day and 400 mg protein a day. Anyway check the stickies.

im not sure i know why u are in such a rush. my advice is do it slow and keep all your gains. trying to gain/loss fast is not the best way to do things.

    Hello ,
    first week results :

i added 17.5 pounds. Not that bad , but it's hard to eat 6000 cal per days.
i think im goin to decrease a little , but not too much...
i feel also full and strenght is quietly at the rendez-vous (creatine).

that's all , the harder is coming

looks like you took a lot of weight around the waist but overall size did increase too.

Are you going to cut now or continue to bulk?

the next bulk cycle will be an attempt , i never managed to be heavier than that...
    i will see...

but the most disturbing is the status of the liver , i don't have used any detox last time , i absolutely need it next time...
