i'm cutting and my PWO has more cals than yours
mine is 40g pro - 80 dex
i then have around 40g carbs PPWO and 40g Pro
if i were bulking i would prob use 100g dex PWO and 80g carbs PPWO
thats just me though
I went pretty low with my dex while cutting (30 g) so now I'm slowly introducing it back....
Do you know how much a scoop of oats would be in grams? And I suposse you eigh them raw?
100grams =59grams carbs..bout 7grams fat , 13grams protein
I wouldnt use em..already alot of fat from the chicken pwo and ppwo but im also gonna be using slin so...:D
