Green beans..I use bout 400grams ED...
they have 68gram carbs (48 minus fiber)
20grams fiber
6grams sugar
21grams protein
and 272 ****ing calories!!!!
the protein is useless but i still have to add it...the carbs have very little impact on blood sugar but i still have to add them....useless calories..I might as well be drinking a liter of fat people pepsi :lol:
Would you add them?? in the daily total...I do btw...Just wanna see opinions:?:
