    Ideas for diet @ work

I sit at a desk all day and I can pretty much eat whenever I feel like it, So I definitely want to take full advantage of this.

I cant eat exactly whatever I want, It cant be too messy...but any suggestions of what I could bring to work to snack on all day?? thanks

Oh I get what you mean..um just like burritos...stuff that you have to cook and bring back, stuff that could spill on the floor and get it messy easily. Stuff that could drip and what not.

    burritos?

chicken , turkey , brown rice , white beans , lentils , egg white cartons , protein shakes , flax oil , olive oil butter ettcccccccccccccccccccccccccc...........

either blend them and put them in a water bottle

or use the disposable foil plate things...

as for the protein shakes...just keep the powder in there with oats or fat and then add water before u down it
