Lifting in the morning, what to eat before?
I do all my training first thing in the morning.
Cardio on empty.
But what about when I lift? Should I eat before to give me some energy?
Upto now I have just had a coffee and some fat burners!
I am trying to drop fat at the moment. Any sugestions?

Coffee and fat burners
maybe a small dex/whey shake shortly before...but ur diet has to be perfect no speculation

I've actually wondered about this as well, does eating before lifting....even really matter? Can you work out first thing in the morning as long as your PWO sh!t is in order and be fine?

how about if you eat onlny a pro/fat meal is it ok to do that before your workout in the am

When i workout in the morning..whether i eat before or not depends on the proximity of my workout to the time that i wake.
If i wake...and go straight to the gym...i.e. working out within 1/2 hour of being up...i don't eat.
IF i plan to work out more than an hour after waking up...i have a meal.
The meal's composition depends on the phase i'm in. If i'm cutting it's pro/fat...If i'm bulking, pro/carb
