    Nedd a Substitute BAD!!!!

Can anyone help me out. I have been eating two cans of tuna for my afternoon snack (3:00pm), I put mustard and a very, very small amount of Lite Mayo in it. However, I am sick of this shit. I can't eat it anymore.I was wondering if someone could help me out by telling me of something else that I can eat.

    Please help me out!!! Thanks!

i eat four turkey sandwhichs for lunch at 12. Chix is not out of the question though. I have to eat it at work so it's kind of hard to eat big meals.

    Thanks Diesel!

I like to mix a can or two of tuna (try the white albacore, tastes much better) with some whole grain brown rice and peas. Good protein and fiber in the peas. Wouldn't be too good though if you are restricting carbs. I also throw in a teaspoon of some natural/lite soy sause for a little better flavor. For something quick, healthy choice makes some bowls with chicken/rice and vegtables. The sause is seperate so I just chuck it to loose the sodium and throw a little more frozen veggies on top. 4 minutes in the micro and your done.

Someone mentioned once before about putting bar-b-que sauce in their tuna. I tried it and it ain't that bad. Try a few tuna caseroules. Once prepared they are easy to warm up and taste really good. I believe that their are several in the reciepe section.

I eat a 2.5oz can of chicken breast normally around $1.90 a can I think and 4 oz of Success brown rice, but some hot sauce on it and roll. As far as tuna goes I'm not really big on it, I make myself eat it, I just mix it with some mayo and slap it on some bread and go to town, but after awhile of doing it,I get burned out to .

I started to eat cottage cheese. I am still eating the tune but I have moved it down to one can. I'm still dabbing with a few things.

    Anymore suggestions?

veggies man... I love brochli (spelling) and cheese and rice and chicken breast. I eat alot of left overs. Say we'll have lemon pepper chicken for dinner, I'll hookup a couple extra breast just to take to work the next day.. buy in bulk it saves

PEANUT BUTTER if you are bulking

For tuna try mixing La Victoria green salsa with it --- 0 calories. Man, canned tuna just doesn't taste very good!

Try buying tons of boneless skinless chicken breasts. Spray non-stick spray on a big skillet and saute 4 of them at a time with a lid. Try cooking it with white wine, lemon juice and thyme/cumin. Chicken is good/portable and you can put salsa on it.
