Pro/Carb/Fat numbers to hit while bulking for my body type
Hey guys, I'm 5'11 255 Pounds at 11 %bf right now, 21 years old and on cycle, started monday. Just wanted to know what kind of numbers to hit in all the categories for my diet. Trying to get enormous but wanna keep it clean. I'm looking at the stickies but just wanted to see what you all thought. Right now im getting about 2 grams of pro per pound of bodyweight, about 2 and a half or 3 carbs, not sure about my fat content. As you can see I need some help lemme know. thanks again.
