Just bought some butter nut immitation flavor made by Mckormick and the ingredients are water, propylene glycol, artificial and natural flavor,Gum tragacanth and some coloring. Will this be ok to add to oats or girts. I always use immitation vanilla but this stuff has gum something and was not sure. Thanks

all fine....wouldnt use cuz of the propylene glycol...but its generally recognized as safe in the FDA and hasnt been show to be cancerous in human and animal studies...but theyre the same guys who said vioxx was perfectly ok......
