15 days, no refeed, new PR's on a cut
Just wanted to tell someone how powerful the mind is when it comes to diet and workoing out. I have been eating 2100-2250 perfect calories day in day out for 15 days with no refeeds or cheats and have got new PR's on several lifts every workout during this time frame. I will now use refeeds if I go down in weight while lifting, not to keep my strength up. I found that adding a few carbs here and there in the morning and PWO and using saturated fat as a supp. that it keeps my thyroid active to keep losing 1-11/2 pounds a week while gaining strength and gaining some mass. Thanks again all. I forgot what sugar tawstes like and the only carbs I have had are grit, smarties and oats. Just added cocoa and splenda to the grit, yum.
