Daily Veg. + fruit
This is a basic question but i couldnt find answer in a search.
In order to maximise results i want to ensure i get my daily fruit and veg but have been told that potatoes dont cound as they are catogorised as starchy food. I wanted to know what other things if any were excluded.
My reason for asking is that I plan to steam a shed load of veg and liquidise it.
Hopelfuly this is going to form an important par in my diet.
What do you guys think ?

wel what i done today was but - carrots/turnip/onion/pepper/mushroom/small amount of patato stemed them all, added a little stock and blended it. I then divided it into portion sizes so as to fulfill most of my RDA of fruit and veg. And with all the rest of thefood and protein in my diet i think it will make a great addtion and give me a boost
