Eating while ON and 1st thing....
How many of you bros wake up and eat a huge meal than go to work? Without doing anything prior? It's been well over a year since I ate w/o do some type of activity cardio first, but I need to change it to reach my goals. Only problem is I'm in an office all day sitting so I feel like a slug. Anyone in the same boat? Curious to your stats and do you still mound every 3 hours??? I don't think my appetite will be there 3ver 2-3 without cardio....
meal #1
3/4 dry oats
3 egg whites
1 cup 225g of dry curd cottage cheese, few strawberries
coffee

I do cardio 4 mornings a wk prior to eating.I have to eat when I get up,but first and foremost is a huge expresso to get the heart going. Then I ususally eat....
10 eggwhites 1 whole egg
1 bowl oats with some kind of fruit.
1 qt water
... then proceed to the bathroom.

personally, i eat about the same without cardio and still find hunger creeping up on me every 3 hours or so, since i've been doing it awhile and my body is trained to know when it's time to eat...yeah, i usually make my meals the night before, and regardless of what i'm doing the next day, at meal time, i make sure to eat, even if i have to sneak off to the bathroom or somethin'...not sure if you're asking if it will be detrimental to your progress to eat like that without cardio, but IMO, it shouldn't make a diff...did you post this over in the diet forum as well?
