u guys know what udo's is. when should i take a serving?
I take 1 TBLS 3 times a day when cutting with my protein shakes. The shit is the bomb!LOL Never after I work out but during the day
i take mine before bed, but i can fit it in my day while cutting.
Personally I take 2 tbsp with my rice ppwo, it's the only time of the day that I can take it due to my day schedule.
