    Fats?

    How much good fat do you need in your diet? I eat about 200 grams protein per day. Around 15 or less grams of fat per day and 2200 cals per day. I Trying to lose a few pds so I cut back on the cal and protein.

    It reall depends on a lot of things. How much weight to you want to lose, and what the ration of protien to carbs is.

    My hypthisis is that as you lower carbs, you can increase fat intake. That's why Atkins works. But, it you still want to eat carbs, you should lower your fat intake, that's why Weight Watchers works (although I have never personally know anyone who it has worked for, it worked great for that lady in thier tv ad).
