schedual change what to do with diet ?
Do to new work hrs. i cant train till after 5pm M-F how can put all this togather if i start working out at 5pm
this is how it is now
12 tuna/brown rice
around 3 or 4pm PWO
about 6pm meat/oats/vegg
9 pm meat/vegg/EFA"S

Looks like you have it figured out for the most part..... I always train in the PM around 5-6. You need a PWO shake in there after you workout, also what are your goals?
