new schedule coming, need advice bad!

I am going to have to start working out at around 10 AM. I am going to start bulking soon and was wondering what to eat for breakfast at 7 or 8 am. I know it takes longer than 2 hours to get carbs to muscles but I am not sure if I can get up and have P/F only and lift. I planned on 3 P/C and 3 P/F meals to start and keep my calories at 2200 and lower cardio alot. and as I go along get the cardio down to 2-3 days a week and raise calories at about 3-400 every 8 days. If it pointless to take in fast acting carbs in the morning to get them in for muscle fule faster than oats?

Thanks, I will try that when the time rolls around. I ate oats, cup of plain yogurt with strawberries and 12 egg white for over a year when I lost weight and I looked forward to that meal every morning.
