Diet Check
I'll will be starting my first cycle in a couple of days (very excited) just want to make sure my diet is in check to maximize my gains. My cycle is 500mg Test Cyp for 10 weeks and 400mg EQ for 10 weeks.
On an average day my diet looks somthing like this:
Meal 1@ 6:30am-Protien shake consisting of 50gm whey, 1 cup skim milk,
2 bananas, 1\2 cup of oatmeal plus a vitamin and mineral
Pack.
Meal 2@ 10:00am-10 eggs (2 whole), 6 ounce steak and 3000 mg flax seed oil
Meal 3@ 1:00pm-2 large chincken breasts, 1 cup mixed veggies and 1 cup
(cooked) brown rice
Meal 4@ 4:00pm- Gainer Shake(Calories 656, Fat 11g, Protein 51g
Carbohydrates 88g)
Meal 5@ 6:30pm-2 large chicken breast, 2 cups mixed veggies,3000mg flax
Meal 6@ 9:00pm-500 gm fat free cottage cheese and protien shake

Looks great, I would change my 9:00pm meal to a protein, carb meal, and then drink a shake at 11:00pm with your flax oil. Or slip a carb meal somewhere else in there during the day. But overall looks pretty good. That is if what you are trying to do is bulk. I go for 500-600carbs, 300pr, and 100fat. Comes to about 4500cal/day.

ditch the fat free cottage cheese and use regular they use sugar to substitute the fat free

does that include your PWO with Dex? I'd also up the carbs a little bit... what are your goals/stats

I would drop that gainer shake at 4:00 unless its like a "meal on the go"..you could easily get 100g carbs and 60g protein from whole wheat pasta and some chicken...A meal is more quality than the shake which is full of sugar and protein substitutes....

As for your weightgainer PWO, it has fat in it which will slow the obsorbtion of the whey, IMO Whey/Dex is the best PWO thing you can take... also as from researchin the forum, everyone will tell you the same, Weightgainers are Sh*ty sources of Carbs and Fats and sometimes even Protein... but if you must, i would just take it at a different time.
