How bad did I go off-diet today?
I've been following the cutting sticky hardcore. Seeing some great results so far. I either lift in the morning, or do empty stomach cardio for 50min.
Today was a cardio day, and I think I kinda messed up the diet.
Wakeup cardio -8am-9am
Meal 1- 10:15 am 4 whole eggs sunny up, whey shake w/coffee blended in (damn good).
Meal 2- 1:15PM can tuna, small shake w/coffee and a banana. I know, wtf was I thinking?
Meal 3- 4:30ish 4 hamurgers on the foreman grill, no buns, with franks hot sauce. Good lord, today is shot.
Meal 4- 7:30 chicken w/ spinach
Meal 5- 10:30 shake w/flax, then bed.
Was the banana and the 4 burgers bad enough to call today my cheat day?
