Sorry guys, me again, being a noob. Anyway what is dextrose and what is the proper, way, time, dose and meal to throw it in.
I am 166 pounds, bf %? 5'10, I am currently still in a halfass bulk (when school started I kinda stopped lifting for two weeks since I'm working full time aswell and taking 16 credithours) but im getting back on. I started training this summer with great results and now I'm gonna write up a REAL diet and be strict and stick to it. Since this winter I will be burning about 3000-4000 calories a day just from skiing/training. So I really need to get my shit dailed or I'm gonna whither away in the winter again. for the next two months I just wanna find a nice strict diet I can stick to ( I eat very clean, no sauces, salt, processed foods,exc).
Edit: I also am gonna get some Whey Pro Isolates, since I was using a "muscle milk" casein shake as a PWO before not realising this was stupid (i still had good results because I drank them so often)
