I'll will be starting my first cycle in a couple of days (very excited) just want to make sure my diet is in check to maximize my gains. My cycle is 500mg Test Cyp for 10 weeks and 400mg EQ for 10 weeks.
On an average day my diet looks somthing like this:
Meal 1@ 6:30am-Protien shake consisting of 50gm whey, 1 cup skim milk,
2 bananas, 1\2 cup of oatmeal plus a vitamin and mineral
Pack.
Meal 2@ 10:00am-10 eggs (2 whole), 6 ounce steak and 3000 mg flax seed oil
Meal 3@ 1:00pm-2 large chincken breasts, 1 cup mixed veggies and 1 cup
(cooked) brown rice
Meal 4@ 4:00pm- Gainer Shake(Calories 656, Fat 11g, Protein 51g
Carbohydrates 88g)
Meal 5@ 6:30pm-2 large chicken breast, 2 cups mixed veggies,3000mg flax
Meal 6@ 9:00pm-500 gm fat free cottage cheese and protien shake
