I don't see anything wrong w/them while bulking, but I myself don't like to utilize milk no matter what my dietary goals are.

Cos of the lactose?
i was also think ing about buying some but i wasnt sure how to eat them so they wont taste like garbage.i cant stand em by themselves but i know there real good in yogurt
they taste decent if you add raisins or something to it...plain, they are nasty though
I can get them down. It's dry food I struggle with i.e. cold chicken and rice.
why is that? I'm wondering because I'm decided whether to cut it out or not.. so many people say to cut dairy and I use skim milk and cottage cheese.Quote:

Simply look @ the carbs in milk and what they are comprised of. :)
Then look at cottage cheese and see that the carbs are lower, yes, and that none of them are comprised of what the carbs from milk are.
