Diet Macro for rehab from injury?

Cannot workout for 2-3 months as per my doc....

Can't do cardio for 2-3 more weeks....

CAN walk for 45mins @ slow pace on incline as only form of "exercise"

What is the best macro makeup for the next 2-3 weeks before I can do cardio, in order to maintain my weight or even reduce bodyfat level?

What would be the best macro to use once cardio is able to be performed in order to maintain bodyweight/fat % or even decrease bodyfat% until normal weightlifting workouts can be performed once again in 2-3 months?

    Thanks!!

DAMN dude i would go crazy if i had to go that long without working out...we need more info...your weight, height, bodyfat percentage, etc. before we can answer any of your questions.
