    High protein a need?

I am 17% bf at 235 lb, and I get in only 150 grams protein a day and grow fine. Do you really need 200 - 400 grams a day?

What do you equate "growing fine" to?

some people can bearly get to 150 while others can get to 240-250 fine because of genetics. with 150g protein it is obvious that your genetics have some ability in you being a ble to grow, but try 400g protein and take out some of the other nutrients you have... you will really be suprised with the way it makes you look.

You may also notice that if you up the Pro and drop the Carbs and Fat a bit, it may make quite a difference in the fat you put on, while growing.
