I cannot understand what you are asking due to words like "FURNEST" and lack of periods, correct spelling, punctuation, etc.

However, YES DIET IS NEEDED. If you think you can just take clen /t-3 and eat whatever you want, you are in for a VERY HARSH REALITY!!!!!

It doesn't work like that. If it did, the entire world would be shredded simply purchasing clen/t-3 from on-line research companies. That is FAR from the case.
