What do you equate "growing fine" to?

well i grow at a fast rate, I gain about 2lbs a month. (I understand some is fat hence 17% bf)
some people can bearly get to 150 while others can get to 240-250 fine because of genetics. with 150g protein it is obvious that your genetics have some ability in you being a ble to grow, but try 400g protein and take out some of the other nutrients you have... you will really be suprised with the way it makes you look. :7up:
You may also notice that if you up the Pro and drop the Carbs and Fat a bit, it may make quite a difference in the fat you put on, while growing.
