Low-Fat PB is garbage, use Natural PB to get some of your daily fats. I wouldn't eat this with a carb meal either.
*1/2 lb of Smoked turkey breast with broccoli and no fat cheese sauce.
*Protein bar, or more turkey breast
Protein Bars are usually pretty bad. If this is prework out you could use a carb here like Smoked Turkey and Rice, etc...Or fat, Smoked Turkey and Salad with Olive Oil Dressing
*Protein shake and creatine post workout
You need some form of Carb here
*10-16 oz of steak or chicken with broccoli and sweet potatoe
*protein shake before bed.
You shouldn't need this meal
I do snack during the day sometimes fruit or chewy granola bars, Awful choice, usually high in sugar. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning. But mostly water or crystal light. I also supplement with daily vitamin, L-glutamine worthless, Glucosamine-chondrotin, B-12 needs to be injected to merrit its use, Flax seed oil, and Milk thistle.
Any suggestions on changes???????
