    Hows my diet????

I just wanted some opinions on my diet.

    Basic Day
*Optimum Nutrition Shake upon waking 45g protein
*1/2 cup oatmeal with 2-3 tbs of lowfat peanut butter
*1/2 lb of Smoked turkey breast with broccoli and no fat cheese sauce.
*Protein bar, or more turkey breast
*Protein shake and creatine post workout
*10-16 oz of steak or chicken with broccoli and sweet potatoe
    *protein shake before bed.

I do snack during the day sometimes fruit or chewy granola bars. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning. But mostly water or crystal light. I also supplement with daily vitamin, L-glutamine, Glucosamine-chondrotin, B-12, Flax seed oil, and Milk thistle.

    Any suggestions on changes???????

Choose another Macro (Carb/Fat) to accompany the shake)
*1/2 cup oatmeal with 2-3 tbs of lowfat peanut butter
Low-Fat PB is garbage, use Natural PB to get some of your daily fats. I wouldn't eat this with a carb meal either.
*1/2 lb of Smoked turkey breast with broccoli and no fat cheese sauce.
*Protein bar, or more turkey breast
Protein Bars are usually pretty bad. If this is prework out you could use a carb here like Smoked Turkey and Rice, etc...Or fat, Smoked Turkey and Salad with Olive Oil Dressing
*Protein shake and creatine post workout
You need some form of Carb here
*10-16 oz of steak or chicken with broccoli and sweet potatoe
    *protein shake before bed.
    You shouldn't need this meal

I do snack during the day sometimes fruit or chewy granola bars, Awful choice, usually high in sugar. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning. But mostly water or crystal light. I also supplement with daily vitamin, L-glutamine worthless, Glucosamine-chondrotin, B-12 needs to be injected to merrit its use, Flax seed oil, and Milk thistle.

    Any suggestions on changes???????

*What would you recommend with my morning protein shake?? Would mucle milk be good???
*I can't resist putting PB in my oatmeal. It tastes great.
*My carb for the post workout is in my creatine mix (sugar)
*If the protein and creatine fight for absorption and you should take both during post workout, what do you do?????
*Why eliminate the before bed shake???
*I have a sweet tooth and have a hard time staying away from sugar, any suggestions?

    Thanks for all your input.

Reuced Fat PB has Trans-Fats, no good. If you must use Natty and use 1 Tbls only.*My carb for the post workout is in my creatine mix (sugar) Use this Pre-Workout, get another carb for PWO.*If the protein and creatine fight for absorption and you should take both during post workout, what do you do?????
*Why eliminate the before bed shake??? Because your PPWO meal should be your last of the day unless you workout eary in the day, then its fine. I would make Cottage Cheese and Almonds, not another shake.*I have a sweet tooth and have a hard time staying away from sugar, any suggestions?
Man up and get your diet right. Save your sweeth tooth cravings for one day on the weekend, and you'll be set. Diet soda also kills cravings during the week

    Thanks for all your input.
