i will be finishing a 12 week cutting cycle of Tren/prop and var in a couple of weeks
i have done 2 bulkers in the past - this is my first cutter and would like to know if there should be any changes made to my diet or training as i head into PCT?
i have currently been doing cardio 5 x a week 1 hour and weights 4 times a week on a low calorie, low carb, high protein diet:
WORKOUT DAY:
PRO: 300g (1200Kcal) 59%
CARB: 150g (600 Kcal) 29%
FAT: 61g (549 KCAL) 12%
2349 KCAL
- i'm curious wether i should continue the cardio in PCT?
i was thinking of perhaps reducing the cardio (or stop completely?) and maybe upping the calories a little to try and hold on the muscle - would this be a good idea?
i will be using nolva/clomid and clen in PCT
and HCG the last 2 weeks of my cycle
any opinions?
