    Changes to Diet in PCT

    Hi,

    i will be finishing a 12 week cutting cycle of Tren /prop and var in a couple of weeks
    i have done 2 bulkers in the past - this is my first cutter and would like to know if there should be any changes made to my diet or training as i head into PCT?

    i have currently been doing cardio 5 x a week 1 hour and weights 4 times a week on a low calorie, low carb, high protein diet:

    WORKOUT DAY:

    PRO: 300g (1200Kcal) 59%
    CARB: 150g (600 Kcal) 29%
    FAT: 61g (549 KCAL) 12%

    2349 KCAL


    - i'm curious wether i should continue the cardio in PCT?

    i was thinking of perhaps reducing the cardio (or stop completely?) and maybe upping the calories a little to try and hold on the muscle - would this be a good idea?


    i will be using nolva/clomid and clen in PCT
    and HCG the last 2 weeks of my cycle

    any opinions?

    Thats a great stack. What were the doses you were running on them??

    Why wouldnt you continue to do cardio during PCT?? If you are concerned about losing some weight during it then cut it down a notch. I definitely wouldnt cut it all out. It depends on your goal, but according to your cycle you wanted to harden and lean up and I'm sure you succeeded with a profile like that.

    Simply put you are in hormonal hell during PCT, with this in mind it will serve you best to keep your cals up. Do not try to cut further during PCT or you will lose muscle. You are already in a very catabolic state so try and eat above maitinence cals, the clen should help you not gain fat.

    i was thinking the same - and due to the catabolic state i will be in i was thinking of quitting cardio completely for 4 weeks and then easing it back in

    i was thinking of doubling my carbs to 300g - reducing protein to 250g and increasing my fat intake to 20%

    what do you think?

    weeks 1 -12 prop: 75mg ED (increased to 100mg in last 4 weeks)
    weeks 1 - 11 Tren : 50mg ED (increased to 75mg last 4 weeks)
    weeks 5 - 12 var: 60mg ED
