    Cream of wheat (w/ water)

    40g of whey blended w/ ice, water and natty pb

    Stats:

    all sounds good except for the last meal, replace that with Casein protein NOT whey or some lean red meat and Carbs, not fat

    I can see where casein might be a better option, but no, carbs before bed is a no no

    thats looks like a great diet, that will work! i cant wait to see the results, anyway the only thing i would do is change meal 2 to a carb one, but to each his own.

    I think I have a good amount of carbs in my diet, the key is that they're in the right places of my day.... I'll be starting this diet when I get back from a cruise the first week of October....I'll keep you all posted

    I think Puff made a good point though, you are not getting nearly enough veggies in your diet. Also Carbs before bed is a myth please understand that. And yes you may want to up your carb intake simply becuase of the profound effect Superdrol has on Blood Sugar. It also causes a nice amount of glycogen supercompensation which will also allow for more carbs.
