    franks hot sauce

    is this alright while cutting to dip my chicken in..read the ingredients and doesnt say anything about sugar in it ...and it taste awesome with chicken just checkin with u guys before i continue

    not sure on the ingredients, but I would say its ok. Anything really spicy also speeds up your metabolism so go for it.

    Franks is great stuff......Thats all I use for my chicken. And Pork. Thers not much in it that is bad for you.

    i use it all the way up until 2 weeks out from a show...definitely a good sauce.

    I eat it on everything and agree with bigsd67. You can use it right up to a couple weeks out of a show if u compete.

    After that, you need to be aware of the sodium levels in it.

    I dont know what I would do without the stuff!

    Yeah the chili-lime flavor is awesome! I can go through a bottle easily in a week. Sodium levels are pretty high for such a small amount, but for those that drink adequate amounts of water (i.e. 1 gallon) - it shouldn't be a problem. Franks's hot sauce is where most of my sodium comes from from a days worth of eating.

    As you guys mentioned, for those that are coming close to competing - then it probably would be kept on the shelf, but for someone who isn't competing, I don't see why not, aside from the sodium issue. 1 tiny teaspoon has like 200mg! I need like a few tablespoons!

    only thing in it is sodium really, but you need that in decent amounts to keep your muscles full looking.
