carbs 170 grams fat 80 grams Cals 2260. I'm not making any progress and I'm not sure if I should cut my diet down more or should I add more????? Thanks!! MP

The body can really only accomplish one goal at a time, either you should try gaining mass or lossing fat. Aside from the Noob lifter this is not possible without the use of Anabolics.
post your diet first........so we can see cause the way that the meals are seperated
