new diet have a look please!!!!!
Hello all my last post was about being hungry between meals and many people told me to add more food and drop some of the shakes so I have come up with a revised diet in hopes it will meet the approvale of everyone.
By the way I am 5-10, 160lbs BF%??(last i checked it was 13)
I want to gain as much mass as possible with a clean diet so here she is
Meal one: 7 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups milk
P=50 Carb=86 Cal=582
Meal 2: 4 oz Chicken breast, 1.25oz cheddar cheese,green veggies
P=50 Carb=5 Cal=410
Meal3: (prework out) 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 orange, i banana
P=51 Carb=75 Cal=526
Meal 4: (post) 2 scoops whey, 64g dextrose,
P=50 Carb=76 Cal=506
Meal 5: (1 hour after post) 3.5 oz beef, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 225g baked potato, 1/2 cup vegetables(varies)
P=48 Carb=66 Cal=473
Meal 6: 2 cans tuna fish w/mayo,veggies
P=52 Carbs=0, Cal=480
Meal 7: 4 oz chicken breast, 2 whole eggs
P=51 Carbs=0 Cal=361
Meal 8: Before bed 2 scoops casein whey, 2 spoons peanut butter
P=49, Carbs= 20, Cal=448
Total= P=393 Carb=330 Cal=3750
I used to get hubgry between meals 2/3 but I have added more food and also between meals 7/8 I think i might add some more food to it like maybe some cheese or something anyway please let me know what you think about the diet itself and any changes you would make

Meal one: Sub cottage cheese for milk
PreWO: 86 the orange
The rest looks OK, You could put more carbs in the later meals. I know you want a LEAN bulker, but you need the carbs to grow. That's def up for debate, though.
