crunchy egg white crunch delight!!!

ok, new recipe I invented. What you do is get some rice cakes w/ the flavor of your choice, there are a bunch of different flavors now, apple cinnamon, english toffee, chocolate, cracker jack, etc etc. Get 2 or 3 of them and crush them up and stir in with your scrambled eggs being careful not to burn them by stirring the eggs often.

**** yeah chocolate eggs!! Another recipe for ya; throw 10-12 egg whites in a blender with 2 scoops of vanilla whey or chocolate whey, blend it all up. then pour it out into a pan and cook the whole thing like a pancake. Then throw on some low calorie sugar free syrup so it's not so dry, and enjoy!!!!

Belieev it or not this is actually pretty damn good, especially w/ vanilla powder. Try it, it tastes alot better than just eggs and you can straight up POUND em down.
