I do cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach as a part of my cutting diet. I'm just wondering when the best time to eat after cardio is. Is it good to eat immediately after, or wait a little bit.

i would probobly take 30 minutes or maybe an hour to keep my body on fat burning mode...anyone please correct me tho.
i wait a half hour and eat a pro/fat meal. If i was waiting and hour it would be a pro/fat/carb meal. I do 20 mins, w/ intervals.
On lifting days, make it a pro/carb meal, on non lifting days, make it a pro/fat meal....... but you should wait an hour after cardio to allow your body to take advantage of the extra fat burning effects it gets post cardio.

Yea I pretty much like to wait an hour or more after cardio to eat both for the fat burning effects and because afterwards I don't have an appetite for a little while.
