tuna is great, but it gets old real fast.. for the oatmeal; sugar less jelly.

Tuna's been my mainstay for 6 years now.

    It's all good.

Gets hella boring quick..but when you've got no cash you can't afford to get bored

Tuna is a staple...although sometimes I worry about all the mercury. Yeah oatmeal is pretty bland, but thats better than something that tastes bad...Then again I stopped eating for taste a couple of years ago.

As you should. I would limit the tuna. I do sugar-free syrup and splenda in the oatmeal.

Yeah...I'm prob gonna drop most if not all the tuna, up the salmon...and hit up the chicken breast a bit more...Gonna put together a "heavy metal detox" regimin, witch btw heard it takes several months to rid yourself of.

usually tons of sugar in flavored oats, I actually get low sugar quacker oats in apple cinnamon and add more plain oats to a pack of that. Gives it a good flavor.

Make sure it's farm raised. Atlantic Salmon has as much or more Hg as tuna.

Better flavor, but not worth the Hg content which is considerable.
