meal plan
can somebody please help me develope my meals for bodybuilding. I weigh 150 and about 5 ft 7". I have a very high metabolism and burn all of my calories right after I eat. I know I need to eat eat eat and put in more calories than I burn. Can somebody help me by suggesting the ideal meals for me to eat and how much calories I should consume based on my weight. I am very skinny. And lastly how many meals a day should I eat spaced out at the right time. Thanks...
