    my bulking diet

    5:30 - 2 tbsp glutamine
    6:30- 10 egg whites, 1.5c oatmeal, 1 english muffin
    8:30- 8oz chiken breast, broccolli , flax oil
    10:30-8oz chiken breast, broccolli , flax oil
    12:30- (pre workout) 1 1/2 scoop whey, 1 cup oatmeal
    2:30- 6oz lean steak,1/2c brown rice,1.5 cup oats,(sushi on leg and back day)
    4:30 - 8oz chicken breast , 1/2c brown rice,english muffin
    6:30- 8oz chicken breast , 1/2c brown rice, english muffin
    8:00- 1 scoop casein, 1/2 scoop whey, 1 1/2 tbsp natty pb

    3600 kcals

    out of curiosity, why did you choose casein protein?

    yes im looking for a critique plz

    and i chose casein because its a slower digesting protein

    what are your stats..cause if thats a bulking diet even tho it looks clean it needs more calories...unless ofcourse thats the amount of calories your body needs to have to grow.

    to tell you the truth i would say you need way more kalories than hat...but again i also depends on your metabolism; since you said your 220 5'8 and 10% bf im thinking your metabolism is good therefore i would defently add more klrs to that diet plan.

    your set up is preaty nice and clean therefore you should do good...but i defently think you need more calories.

    crap i forgot one thing. lol you defently need a beter pwo meal...with some fasta acting sugars
