Please Critique my diet Help!!!
This is my daily diet and I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. My first priority is to be harder. I'm 5'11 and 180 lbs I'm at 11% body fat and I can;t get any leaner I train heavy Mon wed and friday and do cardio tues and thurs. Here's my diet:
7am 8 egg whites 2 yolks 1/2 cup oatrmeal and 2TBSP mcts
10am Whey prot (beverly ultimate muscle
1pm 8oz tuna 1 medium sweet potato 2 cups broccoli
4pm whey prot
6:30 8oz lean meat 2 cups of veggies and 2 TBSP mct
9pm 1/2 serving of whey prot
totals prot 240 Carb 170 Fat 80 Cals=2250
am I eating enough???? or should I cut it down more?? why am I not getting any more cut?? it's not like I'm at 5 % body fat, my abs are barely visible and i have a layer of fat over them!! also have love handles!! I'm frustrated please help. Thanks bros!!!
