    Cream of Wheat?

How's Cream of Wheat (w/ water instead of milk of course) in comparison to oats when used as a carb in a bulking/cutting diet?

Its quite a bit higher GI than oats, but still good....

I tend to use grits a ton in my PWO meals!

Cream of Wheat is one of my favorite breakfast foods.

Remember, in the correct amounts for your goals, GI is really not too relevant when you don't include fats in the meal.
