well if thats the only time you can have your meal then go for it..i would probobly say its better to do it about an hour after so your insuline level still up therefore absorving more protein and nutrients. but 2 hours wouldnt hurt you if anything its probly better than nothing at all. correct me anyone if im wrong
    good luck

As gio86 put it, perhaps (and hopefully it is!) if the PPWO meal is pro-carb, then ~1 hr after your PWO nutrition would be beneficial in replenishing your glycogen stores. If your last meal of the night after that pro-carb PPWO meal is pro-fat, I'd possibly better to wait an additional 2hrs. On non-training days, you would keep all meals to about every 2-3 hours. Correct me if I too am wrong...

just skip class bro!! You can always retake it!!

If two hours is the only way you can eat it, then go for it

this is the approach for a bulking diet correct? is all this important on a cutting diet too? i eat the last of my carbs for the day in my PWO. then have 1-2 pro/fat meals as my last meals. is this ok if im not trying to bulk?

You shoud have an additional meal pro/carb after your PWO shake. This should be a solid meal with lean protein and Low Gi carbs. Try and eat this right before bed if possible.
