Don't you have another thread on this already?

Starting your day with N-Large is not something I'd do, no matter what the goals are. As well, you are lacking PWO nutrition no matter what the goals are, and you can greatly improve your other meals. I'd check out the "HOW TO BULK" sample atop the page.

Why dont you eat some egg whites and oat meal in the morning instead of n large? Save the nlarge for before the WO, or just take 1/2 serving of n large with 6 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oat meal.

Hmm, Swole, I basically copied the "HOW TO BULK" diet word for word, except for Nlarge in the morning, and the shake at night. So what would you recommend I change? I don't really have a lot of time in the mornings before work, thus the Nlarge. Would whey shakes work better there?
