    Before or after eating with exercise?

    Ok, I go to the gym from 6am to 8 am. Then eat a tuna sanwich, protein drink, OJ and Flax. Work until 3 or 5pm. ALso eating, around 2pm Then I Go to the gym again at 7pm to 9pm. Is it prefered I eat before or after I go to the gym? Im trying to become lean. Ive followed the steps to the "Unofficial Cut Way" post. Great Results! Thanks to whoever posted it! Any suggestions, because If i eat before "Not burning off fat...just the meal i ate?" Then im hungry around 10pm or 11pm. Then if I eat afterwards..I dont burn it off. Plus everyone says..."dont eat after 6pm or 7pm". Or should I eat a little before and after? Which way is best?

    ok my sugestion is this...get your diet in check cause after working out you shouldent mix fats and carbs together SPECIALY IF YOUR TRYING TO LEAN DOWN. i wuold also recomend eat about one hour before the gym or maybe hour and half therefore its less likly to fall into catabolic stage. ok i dont know if you lift or do cardio durin morning.

    IF YOUR DOING CARDIO IN THE MORNING AS SOON AS YOU GET UP then do it on empty stomach and then have a meal about hour or half hour after PRO/FAT meal tho.
    IF YOUR LIFTING LATER ON DURING THE DAY i would sugest have a carb meal before working out and after working out as soon as you get home or w/e.

    Reply To Dieting.

    Yes I do cardio in the morning (on an empty stomach). Go to school til 2 then head back to the gym. I always do cardio before I lift. I also have been taking Ripped Fuel, to aid in my journey. seeing results... Thanks Gio ttyl

    Next time "everyone" tells you not to eat after 6 or 7 PM, punch them in their whore mouth.
