clen and diet

I was wondering how do ya'll eal with dieting aqnd taking clen ? Today I start clen and I know from past experiences with ECA stack that my caloric intake decreases drastically. I am new here and need some help, my bf directed me here and I love this place. Should I make myself eat every 3 hrs anyways?

and yes you should always eat 2-3 hours...as this causes your metabolism to rise.

Should have gotten the diet fixed and seen results with that before adding drugs... but to each their own.

i agree...if you dont eat right the drugs don't reach their full potential

my diet is pretty good right now, but when I got on an ECA stack my caloric intake dropped, b/c I had no appetite. I took clen for the first time today and it seems to be working well, and not having any problems with me not being able to eat. Thanks for your help.
