pro/carb shake after cardio?
hey wats up guys i was wondering if it is ok to have a protein shake with water and oats 45 mins after i do cardio....im on a ecy stack right now and it supresses my appetite pretty well in the morning so i was wondering if this is ok thanks guys....

Maybe you can cut the protein intake for this meal 50/50.
Lets just say(for conversation sake) that you require 40g of protein for this meal. You can do somethiing like:
1 scoop whey(shake) which usually equals about 25g
5 egg whites which equals about 15g
5 whites is not that much food to consume. I agree with Giantz that it would be optimal for you to consume as much food as you can stomach for meal 1. This will ensure a slow digestion rate of ehat you are taking in.
