    Tuna before bed meal?

    Is tuna a gd option for my last meal of the day, cottage cheese doesn't agree with me and i dont like having protein shakes apart from as pwo

    I don't see why not, as long as it fits into your daily macro cutting/bulking/maintenence needs.

    If it's the last meal (PPWO) after your PWO, then it should be a carb-tuna meal.

    If it isn't the last meal after PWO, then you can opt for a tuna-fat meal too, again provided the macros fit in with your cutting/bulking/maintence needs.

    its my last meal of the day, after ppwo itll be tuna and fish and flax oil

    So then ~2 hours after your ppwo meal - in my opinion, you should be good to go man - it's a good meal

    Your good to go bro... maybe replace the tuna with Salmon if you have more time in cooking it...
