some examples of legumes are lentils and yellow/soy beans
but how important are they in your diet and when should you eat them?
i am asking because i have been buying tines of Flangelots (or something like that) and they apear to have very little fibre in - but also no sugar/fat
would they be appropriate to have with a pro/fat meal?
would there carb value have to be added to your total daily carbi ntake value or are they similar to veggies?
